Bylaws: Addition to Article 12: Officers
By unanimous vote of members in attendance October 28, 2023, Bylaws were amended to add a fifth elected, voting, Member-at-Large, whose duties include special projects, research, and outreach on behalf of the board.
The club members also affirmed continuation of the voting membership of the Immediate Past President for a one year term after serving as President.

The December 14th meeting, although a week early due to seasonal considerations was a very informative meeting. The usual array of awesome artwork was shown and explained to the membership. There was a gift of a gavel given to the incoming president by the current president per club tradition.
Maarten Meerman’s demo was on making different Christmas ornaments we can all make and share or hang from our own trees. He made several types including a snowman, a tree, and a gnome.
We are all looking forward to bringing in the new year and the new officers.
